By accessing or using SupercarIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. SupercarIQ is operated by GoTime Motorsports, LLC ("GoTime Motorsports," "we," "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

SupercarIQ is an automotive intelligence platform that provides production data, rarity scores, market value estimates, OEM paint codes, and aftermarket information for exotic and collector vehicles. Data is returned via VIN lookup, model search, and AI-assisted photo identification. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional appraisal, legal, or financial advice.

You must create an account to access the full features of SupercarIQ. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use SupercarIQ to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data or intelligence reports in bulk
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our underlying data sources or models
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation

All content, data compilations, scoring methodologies, software, and design of SupercarIQ are owned by GoTime Motorsports, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights. You may use intelligence reports generated for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial redistribution of reports or data requires prior written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Vehicle data, market valuations, and rarity scores are estimates based on available information and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. SupercarIQ data should not be the sole basis for any purchase, sale, or financial decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoTime Motorsports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any vehicle data or valuation information provided.

SupercarIQ features Specialist Builder profiles for aftermarket tuners, custom shops, and performance specialists. These profiles include links to the builder's social media accounts, website, and appointment booking pages ("Connect with Builder" features).

By using any Connect with Builder feature while signed in to your SupercarIQ account, you acknowledge and agree that:

• SupercarIQ will record your name, email address, the date and time of the interaction, and the specific builder and link type you interacted with.
• This interaction data may be shared with the relevant Specialist Builder partner to verify referral volume, establish affiliate agreements, or facilitate a follow-up on any inquiry you initiated.
• Builder partners are not permitted to use your information for unrelated marketing purposes without your separate consent.

Affiliate referral codes displayed on builder profiles are provided as a convenience. SupercarIQ may receive compensation from builder partners based on referral volume. This does not affect the independence of our vehicle intelligence data or scoring methodology.

If you do not wish your personally identifiable information to be shared with builder partners, you may use Connect features while signed out — anonymous interactions are tracked without name or email.

SupercarIQ may contain links to third-party websites including GoTime Motorsports inventory pages and partner sites. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party sites.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SupercarIQ at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of SupercarIQ following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
