Marketplace Terms

These Marketplace Terms supplement SupercarIQ's general Terms of Use and govern your use of the Buy · Sell · Trade feature (“Marketplace”). By creating or responding to a listing, you agree to both documents.

SupercarIQ provides a venue for users to list, discover, and discuss vehicles. We are not a party to any transaction between buyer and seller, not a dealer, broker, or escrow agent, and we do not take title to, inspect, or guarantee any vehicle listed.

By creating a listing, you represent that:

• You own the vehicle or have explicit authority to sell or list it on behalf of the owner.
• The listing description, photos, VIN, mileage, and price are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• The vehicle has no undisclosed liens, salvage title, or material damage history that a reasonable buyer would consider relevant, unless clearly disclosed in the listing.
• You will comply with all applicable state and federal laws governing the sale of motor vehicles, including title transfer and odometer disclosure requirements.

All vehicles are listed “as-is.” SupercarIQ makes no representation or warranty regarding the condition, title status, history, or value of any listed vehicle. Buyers are solely responsible for independently verifying VIN, title, condition, and history (e.g., via Carfax, a pre-purchase inspection, or in-person review) before completing any transaction.

SupercarIQ does not process payment, transfer funds, or handle title transfer for Marketplace transactions. All negotiation, payment, and transfer of ownership occur directly between buyer and seller, at their own risk. We strongly recommend an in-person inspection and the use of a licensed escrow service for any high-value transaction.

You may not use the Marketplace to:

• List a vehicle you do not own or lack authority to sell.
• Misrepresent condition, history, mileage, or title status.
• Solicit payment outside agreed terms, run advance-fee or wire-fraud schemes, or impersonate another party.
• Post the same listing across multiple accounts to manipulate visibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupercarIQ, GoTime Motorsports LLC, and our officers and employees are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a Marketplace transaction, including fraud, misrepresentation, or failed deals between users. Any dispute is solely between the buyer and seller.

We may remove any listing or suspend any account, without notice, for suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms or applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SupercarIQ and GoTime Motorsports LLC from any claim arising out of your listing, your vehicle, or your transaction with another user.
