Effective June 23, 2026
1. Overview
SupercarIQ (“we,” “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform — including the Buy · Sell · Trade marketplace — to do the same. This policy explains how to report claimed copyright infringement and how we respond, consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
2. Filing a Notice of Infringement
If you believe content on SupercarIQ infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (URL or listing ID) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information — name, address, phone, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Our Response
On receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the user who posted it, and document the action. Repeat infringers will have their listings removed and accounts suspended or terminated.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where SupercarIQ may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. Unless they file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the material.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Accounts associated with repeated, substantiated infringement claims will be suspended or permanently removed from the Platform, including the Buy · Sell · Trade marketplace.
