Subscription Policy

Terms governing SupercarIQ subscriptions, billing cycles, cancellations, refunds, and acceptable use for GoTime Motorsports, LLC.

Effective June 1, 2025

1. Subscription Plans

SupercarIQ (GoTime Motorsports, LLC) offers tiered subscription plans that provide access to AI-powered supercar intelligence features. Plans, pricing, and included features are described on the Subscriptions page and may change at our discretion with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

  • Free — Limited scans and core search. No payment required.
  • Pro Driver ($4.99/mo) — Full AI scan reports, garage tracking, export tools, and priority support. Billed monthly. See cancellation and refund terms below.
  • Crew Chief ($9.99/mo) — Everything in Pro Driver plus advanced market intelligence, Hammer IQ auction data, and Crew Chief Hub access. Billed monthly. See cancellation and refund terms below.
  • Pilot Program (Limited) — Founding-member pricing offered during the SupercarIQ beta. Pilot Program subscribers are grandfathered at their locked rate for the life of their subscription as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing. Pilot Program pricing details are governed by the Pilot Program terms.
  • Dealer / Fleet — Multi-user access, API integrations, and dedicated support. Contact us for enterprise pricing.

2. Billing & Renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your selected plan) via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on each billing date unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You authorise SupercarIQ to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing period. All prices are listed in USD and exclude any applicable taxes or bank fees.

3. Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, it begins on the date you activate the trial and ends at the conclusion of the stated trial period. At the end of the trial your plan will automatically convert to the selected paid tier and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial expires. Each account is eligible for one free trial per plan level.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or garage data. Your saved vehicles, scan history, and preferences are retained and accessible if you re-subscribe.

5. Refunds

Subscription fees for Pro Driver ($4.99/mo) and Crew Chief ($9.99/mo) are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Because both plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal, we do not issue partial-month refunds when you cancel mid-cycle — access continues until the end of the paid period.

Pilot Program subscribers are subject to the same non-refundable policy. Pilot Program pricing is grandfathered for the life of an active subscription; a cancelled Pilot Program subscription does not resume at the original rate.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case. In the event we discontinue the Service entirely, subscribers with active paid plans will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of their current billing period.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time. Active subscribers will be notified via email at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel before the new rate applies. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle; you will not receive a credit or refund for the unused portion of the higher-tier plan.

8. Acceptable Use

Subscriptions are for individual use unless you are on an explicitly multi-seat Dealer or Fleet plan. You may not share login credentials, resell access, or use automated means to extract data from the Service in a manner inconsistent with your plan's API limits.

Accounts found to be in violation of acceptable use may be suspended or terminated without refund.

9. Donations

In addition to subscriptions, SupercarIQ accepts voluntary one-time donations via the Support the Build page. Donations are processed by Stripe, are non-refundable, and do not grant any subscription rights or premium access. They are purely voluntary contributions to support ongoing development.

10. Governing Law

This Subscription Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under this policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on the Service. Your continued use of a paid subscription after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
