Pilot Program Disclaimer

The SupercarIQ Pilot Program ("Pilot") is an early access initiative that grants selected individuals access to SupercarIQ features before general public availability. Participation is by invitation or application only and is offered at the sole discretion of GoTime Motorsports, LLC ("GTM Dev Labs," "we," "us,").

Pilot access grants you access to software and features that are still under active development. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Features may be incomplete. Functionality available during the Pilot is not final and may change, be removed, or behave differently in the production release.
• Data may be reset. Scan history, saved vehicles, garage data, and account preferences may be cleared at any point during or at the conclusion of the Pilot without notice.
• Availability is not guaranteed. The Service may experience downtime, rate limiting, or reduced performance as we scale infrastructure.
• AI accuracy is experimental. Vehicle identification, valuation estimates, and collector grade outputs generated during the Pilot are provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors or omissions.

THE PILOT VERSION OF THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoTime Motorsports, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Pilot Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

By participating in the Pilot you may be asked to provide feedback, bug reports, feature requests, or other input ("Feedback"). You hereby grant GoTime Motorsports, LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate your Feedback into the Service without obligation or compensation to you.

Pilot features, pricing, roadmap details, and unreleased functionality disclosed to you are considered confidential. You agree not to publicly disclose, screenshot for distribution, or describe unreleased features without prior written permission from GoTime Motorsports, LLC. This does not restrict you from sharing your general experience of the Service.

Access during the Pilot may be provided at no charge or at a discounted rate. Pilot pricing is not guaranteed to continue after the program concludes. At general availability:

• You will be notified of standard pricing at least 14 days before any charge is applied.
• You may cancel at any time before the Pilot concludes with no obligation.
• Any paid Pilot subscription is subject to our Subscription Policy.

We reserve the right to terminate or modify Pilot access at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes but is not limited to: end of the Pilot program, violation of these terms, abuse of the Service, or operational requirements. Termination of Pilot access does not automatically delete your account.

Usage data, scan activity, and interaction logs collected during the Pilot are used to improve the Service. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Aggregate, anonymized usage statistics may be used in marketing materials.

This Pilot Program Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles, consistent with our Terms of Service. Any disputes arising from Pilot participation shall be resolved in accordance with those Terms.
