Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern paid plans on SupercarIQ, operated by GoTime Motorsports, LLC. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Effective June 1, 2025

1. Subscription Plans

SupercarIQ offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans ("Pro Driver" and above) unlock expanded search capacity, full intelligence reports, PDF export, garage management features, and priority access to new features. Plan details, pricing, and feature breakdowns are displayed on the subscription page.

All paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe, billed under GoTime Motorsports, LLC. Your credit card or bank statement will display a charge from GoTime Motorsports.

2. Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize GoTime Motorsports to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

You will receive an email receipt from Stripe for each billing cycle. Pricing is in USD. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers.

3. Free Trial

Certain subscription plans may include a free trial period. At the end of your trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per user account. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until that date.

After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier. Your Garage data and search history are retained for 90 days in case you choose to resubscribe. After 90 days, data associated with lapsed Pro features may be removed.

5. Refund Policy

SupercarIQ subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Exceptions may be made at GoTime Motorsports' sole discretion for:

  • Verified billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Requests made within 48 hours of initial subscription for users who have not accessed paid features
  • Extended service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours where the subscription could not be used

To request a refund, contact us via the contact page within 30 days of the charge in question. All refund decisions are final.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. GoTime Motorsports does not store your full credit card number or CVV on our servers. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Stripe may conduct fraud prevention checks that could result in temporary holds or declines.

7. Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time from your profile settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of the current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Features unavailable on the lower tier will be disabled immediately upon downgrade.

8. Account Sharing and Misuse

SupercarIQ subscriptions are for individual use only. Account sharing — the use of a single account by multiple individuals — is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund. We monitor for anomalous usage patterns and reserve the right to revoke access for abuse of subscription privileges.

9. Modifications to Subscription Features

We may add, modify, or remove features from subscription tiers at any time. If we remove a feature that was a material part of your paid plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and provide the option to cancel for a prorated refund. Minor feature changes do not constitute grounds for refund.

10. Contact for Billing Issues

For billing disputes, charge inquiries, or cancellation assistance, please contact GoTime Motorsports through the contact page or email us directly. Include your registered email address and the date of the charge in question. We aim to respond to all billing inquiries within 2 business days.
